• Build and maintain computing infrastructure for human–AI interaction experiments and research prototypes spanning conversational AI, speech processing, collaborative interfaces, and real-time interaction.
• Built foundational infrastructure for OmniObserve (Jitsi, Whisper, ChatGPT API), a meeting-consensus research prototype (poster presented at TAICHI 2026).

Website Designer & Development Team Lead

• Owned the conference website’s visual and interaction design while leading an 8-person development team, collaborating with a 14-person design team within a 153-person volunteer organization.

• Built and operate a service supporting 140+ CJK fonts at approximately 1.15 million HTTP requests per day, adopted across commercial, event, educational, and public-sector websites.
• Designed production infrastructure using K3s, Fastify, MinIO, VPS hosting, and Cloudflare CDN; evaluated dynamic glyph generation against static Unicode-range partitioning to optimize cacheability and transfer size.

• Original articles, tutorials, and multi-part series on software, systems, and creative tools — 1.6M+ Chinese characters, about 50,000 page views per month — on a custom-built Astro platform with its own content architecture and interaction system.
